I mentioned this one goes deep. This is associated with the video you posted last night (same guy). I hadn't really heard of this guy before because I was investigating other avenues but this discussion "affirms" (from a different angle) my findings of what is going on in Canada and elsewhere. This stuff goes back in history thousands of years and has to do with mind control. It explains why the military people do what they do at the high end and why all of the MP's all turn on the population like on a dime (almost like they are programmed robots).
To us "normies" these sinister methods are far out of our purview. The deeper you go down this rabbit hole, the simpler everything seems as the connections are both multivariate and have interaction between events (as this interview shows). The occult methods mentioned are really nothing more than a form of infantalization and brainwashing of the participants who think they're doing the rituals for a different reason usually, which actually serve a purpose of creating a strong bond to the cause and group. Many in this group have been groomed since early childhood (victim/master sex and violence rituals) similar to the ancient Spartan armies, and these now adults take positions of high end military officers, education administrators, politicians, etc.
I shall not go too much deeper here, but you can see a parallel in organizations like Scientology. There is no "high tech" or "mystical" secrets to MK ultra other than to note us humans are mentally similar to cattle and easily herded in behavior and loyalty. The secret is to hide this from us (hence affirm our addictions and desires) at every front. All of the occult details they show you are not the point, but all of it is brainwashing mind control. People who participate in these acts will set fire to the entire world without even a single thought. Everyone is susceptible to this without awareness.

They often have absolutely no clue what they're doing is wrong.
In fact, you'll examine help groups like AA and find that these groups seek people with low conscientiousness out to split them further by inducing different levels of splitting.
In short, people are tagged for their receptive traits in mays you couldn't imagine and often find themselves "coming to" after surreal events they watch themselves experience.

Then I saw the Red Ice interview and one of Derek's statements made me come back to a previous investigation which lead to this particular guy named Hawkins and a connection between RCMP, Hells Angels, Jesuits and some politicians.
The type of mental enslavement through these rituals mentioned by Hawkins in this interview is totally real. I've never been into watching strippers, and was always curious why men act so strangely and it's all related to this kind of master/servant emotional infantalization.
As you mentioned, like feeding on the sorrow of others for power. I think the occult rituals are just a delivery package of the brainwashing though, and it seems to be a tasteless and odorless thing we consume and are then controlled by without even being aware.
It's clear now why these UN people don't want parents to spank their kids anymore ... as they can get to the fear centers of the children easier in schools and break up the family unit easier.
They certainly teach kids not to trust their parents.

This is literally the point of confessions in Catholic churches. This also happens in freemasonry to test people for higher levels.
The nice people get something from the procedures, but really it's to identify the controllable ones for promotion. At least this is what I've been able to determine.
Confession always used to be to identify individuals that were capable of being comped.
