1.5 rye 1.5 Aperol 1.5 grapefruit juice (fresh if possible) 1.5 Boomsma Cloosterbitter Shake over ice and strain. Same format as original Paper Plane. Don't have a name for it now but swap citrus and bitter for things I had on hand. Truly lovely - pretends to be sweeter than it is. @Fumduck give it a go
