Embarking on my own Martini variation based on sotol.

2 sotol (Desert Door) 1/2 dry vermouth (Carpano Dry) 2 dashes orange bitters 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Stir in mixing glass with ice; strain.

Has merit but I need to figure out what direction to go with it.

Notes for next version: - chill the sotol like vodka? usually tequila etc is stored room temp - determine a suitable garnish - aquire Lillet Blanc to sub for Carpano Dry

Shit I meant to type 1/2 vermouth.

As much as I hate to say it, probably ought to stir this one.

I default to stirred Martinis!
