Damn. I always envisioned a liquid steak as blending a nice filet into a warm slushee. I guess it would only make a great hamburger instead. Close enough.
I had a bratwurst smoothy once.
It wasn't that great.
I would rather cook some squash and asparagus and a great rare steak and dip into a little whiskey than make a cocktail. Thank you for the suggestion though, I know a few who might relish it.
