I've never had cognac before. TBH I don't even know what it is - french version of whiskey maybe? Henny was ungodly expensive. Hypnotiq was half off on clearance but it's too sweet for me.

It tastes similar to whiskey, but it is made from grapes. I believe the grapes have to be from a certain area of France for the liqueur to be considered cognac. It's actually quite good.

Ok I just googled it. I think it's Brandy from Cognac France. And (I think) Brandy is distillation from wine.
