That's a spicy one. Had one of the 7 pot chocolate peppers last night with dinner. It had a good smoky flavor to it followed by some sweat inducing heat, it didn't break out the hiccups as others have. It wasn't as hot as I thought it would be, but it was quite pleasing. I'm thinking flakes for pizza or jerk chicken/pork, or a sauce with some cherries.

Indeed! I always tell everyone, at the very least, if you don't like hot stuff you could sell it.
