Chelsea Fire Fighters - solid habañero+ tier heat, great all-around sauce available in new england supermarkets

Jersey Barnfire - a black garlic sauce i have not tried yet. haven’t gone wrong with black garlic anything yet.

Mad Dog 357 - also have not tried, but seems to be popular on the website i order from. i think its gonna be ghost-tier heat.

Palo Alto Firefighters Ghost - a good one to generously slather on whatever. its got a taco bell sauce element to it with the cumin. ghost is misleading, more like habañero-light.

BigFat 708 - one of my favorites. solid heat with a citrus element. goes on everything. ghost-tier.

Italian calabrese is mandatory for sandwiches.

melinda’s sriracha is better than huy fong.

Pepper Plant - not very hot but goes pissa on hawaiian fried rice. popular in socal.

Hamajang - just solid hot and straightforward. a little smokey but not crazy. ghost-tier.

Habanero Maple Syrup - found this in north bumfuck maine. i put it on my bacon-banana pancakes.

Texas Pete Hotter - not ashamed to keep texas pete around. the hotter sauce has a little zing to it.

Pepper Plant has been one of my all time favorites for as long as I can remember. Like you said it's not very hot but packs tons of unique flavor. Currently I have the original, chunky garlic, and habanero varieties in my fridge. Great on eggs. Would recommend to anyone wanting to widen the scope of their arsenal.

oi - a lot of unopened?! how dare you! hahah. interesting spread. I see those Cento Calabrese - these are our go-to for any type of tomato gravy, or even pepper-based gravy like Romanesco.

Curios to know how that Black Garlic turns out.
