Nice! I grew reapers and ghost peppers a while ago, but no one in my family besides myself would eat any food made with them.
Last year I just grew jalapenos and poblanos. Smoked them, then dehydrated and ground to powder. Turned out fantastic and I add it to all sorts of dinners and lunches.
superhots are fun, but you can only humanly consume so much. my superhot crop has mellowed down over the years because so much of it goes to waste. i’m focusing more on the habañero-level heat, and sub-habañero like the birds eyes, aleppos, and lemon drops. we’ll definitely be smoking a few this year too.
