Pretty much targeted at those who need designated drivers. You go out, plans change, drink more than you planned, so you can Uber or Lyft home but your car gets towed or parking tickets or stolen. You meet someone who you give keys to and they drive it wherever it needs to go.

That is a really good idea. Don't know how you mitigate the obvious risks there though.

One thought would be need to have digital copy of the driver's license. But how to detect / deal with fakes? Also should have complete info of car entered in before being allowed to request for a driver. Make / Model / Year / engine number / mileage / unique features.
