Looks like they frauded the place into super bankruptcy. 1,200 people get put on the street. Nice.

Their website is down. I was expecting to see some "seize by FBI" or some shit.

Looks like one of First Brands' creditors is suing BDO, the firm that audited them claiming negligence.
