I did work at one place that did 4-10s and it was pretty good. Once you break the base-programming of "the weekend" it actually makes a lot of sense. Of course, new management showed up one day and fucked the entire thing up because money and kikes. They saw "duplicate" employees from Sun to Wed and then from Wed to Sun and felt mandatory overtime "on rotation" was a better idea. Welp it wasn't and most of us packed up and walked. I left without notice. New place wanted me to start ASAP and I said fine.
Looking back this was probably done on purpose to clear out people so they could bring in their own.
