They need to reduce their workforce by 80% by firing anyone who isn't a White engineer. Then they need to take that money, give the grey beards raises, and hire more White engineers for above-market wages. Then have the grey-beards train the next generation. Split the engineers into small, technical teams with as little bureaucracy as possible. This is the only way they are going to restore a high-IQ engineering culture with a work ethic and avoid doing an Intel.
