I meant to type the RETURN PROCESS is awful. And yeah, I can navigate the site fine but that’s only because I’ve worked on cars and maintained fleets for many years.

They have a good bit of mainstream advertising, but I seriously don’t think a novice or most women would be comfortable or confident using the site.
