Where do you get this idea that he want's war with China? He want's the same wars that every president going back to Bush Snr. (with the limited exception of Trump) wanted. The ones that benefit Israel and Saudi Arabia... Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan.

His administration is constantly saber rattling with China, sending our Navy over to their armpit of the world to try and start crap, just like he and 0bama did when they were trying to troll Putin and he would send his planes to buzz our ships. Only now, they're close enough to the Gulf of Tonkin that they might just dust off JFK/LBJ's old playbook and go for that.
Also, according to the kvetching from our globalist corporations (eg:everyone but MyPillow), the evil Trump Tariffs against China are still in effect, and they hike up costs on Chinesium. Biden could end those tariffs with a stroke of a pen, yet he elects not to. If he were pro-China, why wouldn't he restore "free" trade with China?
