I love the various flavors of 'americana'. But yeah, it has that authentic tone of the time period in the translation itself. You have the superior translation sir... now gibs me linx 2 dat

I edited my previous comment to gibs respect to the translator, he was Robert E. Matlaw, and translated a bunch of Slav 'literature' from incoherent gobbledygook into pristine American prose.
