I only ever got three books into the series. First book is excellent. Great story. Great lore. Interesting technologies.
Second story is pretty boring. Didn't find it interesting.

I've done the audio books for everything, I was really bummed out they jumped so far into the future in the storyline. Maybe they're going to do a small little insert to bump it along but I completely lost interest now. The Frank Herbert stuff was very spiritual whereas his sons is more action-packed. At least this is how I see it.
