A physical copy of it? I think it is unlikely that most of the books and materials shared on poal about jews will be able to be found in physical form anywhere anymore. Most things are either very out of print and forbidden from being reprinted, are in very short supply if any exist for sale, and/or sale is outright banned in most online stores and even forbidden from being sold in book stores. If you do manage to find it someplace to purchase, I am sure purchasing it will immediately flag you on several lists (more than we are all already on). Especially so if ordering from another country considering laws in some countries forbid even verbal discussion of the topic, let alone sharing/selling physical material discussing the topic.

If you do search for it to obtain it (or anything else shared on poal on the topic of jews) in physical form, I recommend being very mindful and wary of the place you find it for purchase at if you do find it for sale.

One thing though, Ford's work is available, so maybe this one is somewhere.
