Most populations that originate from within the latitudinal sub-tropical and tropical zones are unfortunately hobbled by their respective female primacy cultural roots. Their habitats also lack harsh winters which cull members of the population who refuse to adopt or maintain practices advantageous to nurturing greater disciplined thinking and trust in existing and future generations. Africans are one of many that this phenomena can be observed, but their culture receives greater attention and focus due to economic incentives to do so.

However, currently it is only the Japanese who possess sufficient independence from external interference which allows them to both study their culture, compare it to others, and come to the painful conclusions necessary to spur thinking on their own cultural development. The challenge of engaging problems of the American black population is that no matter what is done for them, or on their behalf, only they can solve their problems. Unfortunately, their are far more economic incentives for those who study these matters to either denounce blacks in general or cry out for continued dependency of one form or another, than to sincerely aide blacks to recognize where the foundational problems are within their culture so that they might engage them and develop.
