After going through a cpl more chapters I think he’s actually trying to diffuse the anger at jews he caused with the Gulag books. By about chapter 22 it occurred to me that after all these 1000s of pages he’s written on jewish history and Bolshevik genocide, and out right blaming Russians for the 1905 revolution AND taking respondability for Lenin even though he was jewish and hated every aspect of Russians and Russian history. The author doesn’t quote the Talmud or Torah once when describing motivations for jewish crimes. He endlessly lists the obscene jewish monopoly on power during massacres, but turns right around and talks about it like its not supposed to reflect on jews as a whole because some jews opposed the Bolsheviks. When there’s tons of evidence in the Talmud to unite Jews against the goy wether they’re communist or Zionist or whatever. Just another thing that seems unrealistic for someone so well researched to just exclude something like that. He even states at one point how anti jewish the top Bolsheviks were like Trotsky, but immediately says every single person around him or that he hired or appointed was jewish... yet this does nothing to convince the author of any hint of purely ethnic in group preference. Oh and he also 100% believes in the 6 million Holocaust, and that the Protocols were a hoax. And doesn’t give any elaboration as to why, just that an investigation found them to be fake and some writer at the time claimed they plagerized some other writings against Napoleon, and that’s it. No hint of the fact that it doesn’t matter fake or not because history proves them factual, and again he mentions nothing of the Talmud declaring all those things anyway.
I’m not done yet but I honestly think he’s trying to bury and gaslight for the jews after the heat he brought them in earlier books. Somewhere in chapter 12-13 he actually flat out says in his previous book The Red Door he intentionally covered and down played the Jewish role in crimes against Russians.
As weird as it is to have written all this, he isn’t against any amount of jewish presence in Russian society at any level throughout their history.
