Send video links via SMS, make "SMS chain mails" like that (you pass to a friend, the friend passes to relatives, etc...), most people can access the intarwebs via tardphones these days all they have to do is click on the said video link in the SMS and it launches the webrowser directly on the video page, it's very handy for normies
Now some ISP might block the said link, or the SMS featuring such link, and that would be interesting to see that happen
It's a catch22, either they let the cat out of the bag or they try to block it and it's streisand effect
