0.75 lb Cara Pils
Spent about 50% longer sparging because I was lazy and that's how fast it was draining.
2 oz 4 HBU hops (60 min)
1 oz Saaz hops (15 min)
Added 3 lb powdered and white sugar to up the gravity because that's what I need.
Boiled for 60 min but took a while to get there.
Safale US-05 American Ale dry yeast, a go-to.
OG: 1.062
FG: TBD (down to 1.009 possible but would be happy with 6.5% abv given the conditions)
