A kid working with a lady arms dealer. This is not new I believe I just didn't recommend it before.
Reminds me a little of Black Lagoon with all the fighting and violent attitudes as the norm for these crazy fucks. It's a full 24 episodes with lots of action in the entire series so it's not slow in any way.
Also when it seems slow it's building to the next bullet filled confrontation and it's got a lot of psychological talk in a realistic way about people in dangerous professions and why and how they still survive and thrive in those fields.
I give this one a B rating if you like just full on attack mode in your action anime's with no fucking around with ma romantic feelings half the show for no reason but to fuck up the entire show it seems in many cases this anime kept to path with violence and hardcore action for the most part.
