So I know this sub is already fairly niche, considering the general users that frequent this site. Yesterday I put in a request to take the sub over. So rather than throw spaghetti at the wall, I'd like to have input from folks who are actually interested in an anime sub about what they'd like to see.

My general plan was to expand the sub into...a komiket or comic con kind of sub that encompasses everything from anime and manga to us comics to cosplay and generally stuff you'd expect to have classified as something you'd see at a convention. Broad scope.

I know most of the users also see this sub as something along the lines of weebo trash. And there's merit for that classification as well, honestly. So if the consensus is that the sub is too polarizing for this venue, I'll accept that input also.

Would you want American comics included?

I don't see anything wrong with that. I do wonder if there are many of value, so many were jew-written, but I'm certainly not against it!

Give American comics their own sub. This should be the land of the Nips.

My argument would be that given how most conventions work, the overlap is great. A lot of American comics can trace to anime and vice versa. On top of that, splitting the subs would just wind up with two under used subs rather than one central hub for all things under the unbrella

Then it’s time to start a new sub called SequentialArt that includes both. **
