Ok...there are a few changes that need to be made, but overall I like it.

The state of Jefferson should be were Northern California is. Ontario annexes all of New York State EXCEPT New York City. I want to see mega cities split off into city-states. More on my reasoning later. Houston is still on this map. We'll have to fix that that. I see no benefit to annexing Iceland. Those people basically ran for their lives before settling there and I can see partnerships instead.

You realize France still has territory/collectivity in the Maritime provinces, right? Look up St. Pierre & Miquelon.

Will we use diplomacy, or just outright invade them to bend them to our will?

I did not. I snagged the map from an anon on /pol/ and thought it looked cool. Diplomacy is always the best route because war is what happens when diplomacy fails.

Maybe negotiate with Cannuckistan pre-merger, and specify they must address it (and those pesky Québécois too) prior to the confederation.

Quebec, from what I understand, has long been tired of the rest of the country's bullshit and they try to get independence every 10 years. I think their failure is part-jew and part-gimmedat society.
