I just figured out today how to redeem the credit. If you saw the success screen like I showed in my screenshot, and you got the credit. You have to shop in this particular section of Amazon. Go here: https://www.amazon.com/b?ie=UTF8&node=19351382011

I never did receive an email telling me anything about these credits. I'm glad I did my research again on it today.
I was able to get to the confirmation screen after using Brave as explained, but I don’t have any extra credit on my account nor did I get an email about it.
I’m giving it until later today then I’ll hop on live chat to inquire. I’m certain if I get on live chat they’ll hook it up.
My guess is the promo went viral where maybe there was supposed to be a target demographic and something went screwy.
