Fucking jews.

From the post:

>Up until now, yt-dlp has been able to use its built-in JavaScript "interpreter" to solve the JavaScript challenges that are required for YouTube downloads. But due to recent changes on YouTube's end, the built-in JS interpreter will soon be insufficient for this purpose. The changes are so drastic that yt-dlp will need to leverage a proper JavaScript runtime in order to solve the JS challenges.

Imagine being this unhinged about scripting engines. I'm sure people are lining up around the block for your no-features having 1996 looking websites that don't look or function like the client wants. Please tell me you also hate CSS.

>animated gifs are just too much, rip that shit out too

You know there is an old protocol called "gopher" - it's just text and links. You'd love it because there is no features other than text & linking.

I know it well. No inline image rendering.

I see I stepped on a nerve.

Maybe just go back to app programming for the government to build your back doors.

No nerves hit, bruh. I love shitposting on people who take random swings and just stir up dust, like:

>get back to making your spy apps fo da gubmint n sheeeit

You sound like a nigger, always assuming the worst about people who disagree with you. I don't even hate gopher as I grew up on text-only services like BBSes, I just find it strange that someone would forgo modern tech (not even really modern, html got image support in either 95 or 96) and assume it automatically has nefarious purposes. Trust me, the jpegs and pngs on this site aren't trying to steal your credit card number.

Not the worst about people, but yes about the tech that can be used for nefarious purposes.

Case in point: webp &webm

But I do like a good argument. I still don’t agree we need all the client side functionality. But then again, me loves me some rss.
