Try doing the ublock purge and update, then clear your Google and YouTube cookies. That did it for me though I do sometimes have to refresh to get the video going.

I'm stubborn enough to keep trying stuff. They are not going to get me to pay them or view ads. I do use YouTube too much anyway. I guess I could just pull up an audiobook or podcast while I do my first round of editing, which is typically when I have YouTube up.

I use uBlock origin and AdGuard AdBlocker simultaneously and I do not ever see any ads on my PC. I am always logged in on my PC and my phone. I get ads on every damn video on my phone but none on the PC.

It's not ads, it's youtube refusing to play videos because it says you have an adblocker... which is true, but the whole adblock thing is cat/mouse game so it should have been fixed by now

Yes, to clarify, I meant to say that I don't see any ads and I also do not get any warnings or non video playback.

What browser are you using uBO on? Brave doesn't get it on that link (has build in AdBlock so uBO not needed)

I'll provide a fix when i get to it. I just switched accounts as google lets you make endless gmail shit it seems. If ublock won't do it, then it will be a different addon. like TTV LOL does for twitch commercials. Anyways just switched emails and now i get no ad block warning shit while using ad blockers,

I was having problems even with ublock until I cleared my YouTube and Google cookies. Do you get a new cookie with a different account?

install webdeveloper and clear 'domain cookies' that will fix it in the short term. They're basically marking accounts tho. You may have to switch.

yeah idk, that was just the fastest fix for me. YT knows this account is related to my main one. They haven't fucked it yet tho.
