Holy fuck stop applying worse than 90s colors in CSS to subs.

Youtube completely broke Comment threads from ~2009-2010s (when I think they added with with G+ 'integration'). These comments no longer follow their thread but appear unlinked (top level) under the video.

I think the bell icon is worth adding as a separate bullet point. They completely fucked over people's subs feed page.

Also recently they had yet another 'we disable old website design for outdated browsers' so everybody is forced onto latest whether it works for people on their browsers and computers or not (it is objectively more resource intensive)

They removed the video-player tags that could be used to fix improperly cropped/distorted 16:9/4:3 video in the user player. This is very old, but this video is proof: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wfDbAq09cY0 https://itsupport.me/seo/use-formatting-tags-improve-videos-youtube/

They used to optionally deliver "original" quality video to end users (player setting) when the uploaded video resolution was higher than 1080p (that was before the 4K/8K differentiation). Time frame ~2014 [needs citation]. Unfortunately it was abused by dumb kids too much and it got shadowed (Youtube always keeps originally encoded video on servers, that's how they could easily reencode for other resolutions lately)

A video's tags used to be visible.

Can't think of anymore. Thanks for your work eventually I will register on this wiki.

This is not my subverse (I dislike this painful background too, disabled via sidebar), and thanks for the comment. I will address it tomorrow.
