I was unlucky enough to be refunded by someone through PayPal on a deposit I made in cash. PayPal first froze the account for 30 days, then there is no option for having a check sent out. You either have to link a bank account (too funny, no way in hell!) or you have to "spend" the "money" with some poor bastard that accepts PayPal.
I ended up buying some Ebay shit, but I need to find someplace that allows partial payments with it to use up the $1.20 or so left.
PayPal is a bloody turd filled with broken glass. Recommend it to your enemies.
