Trump is giving political scientists around the world a massive headache. They can't figure it out. From Day 1, Trump has been unafraid of the media and its "repercussions."

Other than the Coast Guard and courts, I don't see a need for anything else on that list.

I do enjoy the national parks, I don't see why they can't be setup to run at least on a minimal basis on their own receipts, like the post office is doing.
