Turkey’s decision to buy Russia’s S-400 missile system is believed to pose a risk to the world’s strongest military alliance.
As it stands, Ankara faces blowback from NATO members as well as U.S. sanctions for completing its messy multibillion-dollar arms deal with the Kremlin.
