Idiots, the record high CO2 levels were reached in the Cambrian period (~550Million years ago) when CO2 levels were ~7000mmp. Today's levels are very near the LOWEST they have been in the history of the earth. Throughout the period of the dinosaurs, CO2 levels were generally between 1000 and 2500mmp.

We are at about 400ppm, that is just off the level of plant starvation.
