The real reason that the parents are suing and the ACTIVIST judge blocked it is because they claim it would allow private schools to deny entry to gay/trans/disabled students. NINE PARENTS are stopping about 4k families from having funds taken away from the corrupt public school system so they can send their kids to private schools or homeschool because of WOKE TRANNIE FAGGOTS.

The parents pointed to their public-school-attending children’s various disabilities and claimed private schools could reject them or treat them differently based on those. Some of the parents asserted that they have gender-nonconforming or gay children, also, who could be rejected by private schools and therefore disadvantaged under the act.
