Imagine driving a truck with ghost babies depicted on it playing children's voices saying "why did you kill me, mommy? what did I do wrong?" and "I'm so sorry I was an inconvenience to you mommy. I'll try not to bother you anymore now that I have been removed from you" around the streets of liberal cities. That would be fun.
