Perez Escobar is in custody in Denver, Colorado, while Arellano Campos has not yet been captured, Sheridan Police Chief Travis Koltiska told Cowboy State Daily on Friday. All three of the men implicated in the November heist are charged with felony theft, which carries a penalty of up to 10 years in prison and $10,000 in fines.
