Yeah, there are some states that this needs to be FORCED on from a federal level. Wyoming is the least of my worries with these e-voting machines.

They just want to make sure that they can never be taken over by libtards, and that thought is all of the motivation that anyone needs.

I agree, though it is good that Wyoming is hostile to outsiders and their stupid progressive behavior.

They are actively made to feel like they don't belong and should leave.

Thus the "Fuck off, we're full" mentality. This is a law version of that mentality. Make it actively hostile to them to go there in the first place and they won't bother at all.
