He got off with a light sentence.

The state also agreed to limit its argument at sentencing to not less than five years, nor more than eight years.

Had Gosselin been convicted of all 11 counts, he would have faced 30 to 122 years in prison.

Yep. He should be going away for a very long time.. Life ideally but nope..
