If he is saying this, the military has already been fully trained for a number of different missions with all possible targets having been identified and being tracked right now. They could pull off anything from grabbing the ayatollah, to some precision strikes or as much as launching one hell of an assault and wiping out all of their bases, planes, boats and tanks in one night.
