This was probably only looked at in terms how much does it cost America to deal with the shit effects that Venezuela cause us (drugs, illegals, crime, medical aid to victims of their crimes and on and on and on) vs how does a couple of bombs cost? Oh we have bombs that are old and need to be replaced? Cool, let's use them up and save a bunch of money doing so.
