I've only read this in that one article. I just now did a quick search, a few articles debunking the claim and a few articles supporting the claim.

Very interesting. I really hope Putin just ignores Biden since he isn't qualified or have the cognitive ability to speak.

Why hasn't he had a test for that like Trump did? Biden makes more grammar and language blunders with his comments in a week than Trump did all term.

Biden is accomplishing their UniParty agenda. UniParty doesn't want to headline Biden's failures and mental state until after the election lest they jeopardize their own candidates and platform. GOPe thinks they are pulling one over on us. The polls are showing them otherwise. I think their only viable plan left is chaos in November.

Bring on the chaos. Hopefully it finally pushes people to a breaking point and civil war occurs nationwide. Red vs blue and in the blue states there still are plenty of reds so it will be easy. Also, liberals are weak cowards who would probably just cry and ask for mercy, a safe space and an anxiety animal while they popped pills as bullets were fired.
