This kind of shit happens all the time during war. Which is why when people say, "Do you think Russia has committed war crimes?", my response is "Yeah, probably." It's too easy to have a target mis-ID when the enemy has a habit of hanging out near civilians (like the Ukrainians do now).

The real war crimes are when this is done deliberately, like when the Ukies kneecapped and possibly killed those Russian prisoners, or when the US tortured people at Abu Ghraib. I haven't yet seen any evidence of that on the Russian side.

I agree. The Ruskies have been well trained and following orders to treat the civilians humanely.

That wikileaks video tries to depict sandniggers clearly aiming rpgs at the air support as "innocent journalists with big cameras"

Post timestamps of 'aiming rpgs' or fuck off.

2 minute mark, can see the guy peaking around the corner and aiming an RPG at the helicopter, they tried claiming he was a journalist and that none of the men were armed. You can also see a few others swinging their ak47s around. Which leads to the engagement.

There ya go you faggot.

oh no a guy with an ak let's fire 4 hellfires and 30mm cannons at a dozen people standing in a circle

And no, that isn't an rpg. Even if it were this isn't call of duty, you can't hit shit with that stance. It is a camera and you sound like a bitch.

It's not a war crime if it happened in the Obama administration.
