open the page source >> search for ".m3u8"
copy the link (in this case: https://cdn.jwplayer.com/manifests/upqmg6x5.m3u8)
open a website that does convert m3u8 TS playlists to mp4 (such as: https://youtube4kdownloader.com/en6/convert-m3u8-video.html)
paste the link and download the quality you want.
upload the video to a video hosting and share the link here
