Right on. Need more folks to follow this example. Unfortunately, they can throw a bunch of money at folks, making it tough to turn down. Especially in light of what's going on with our economy and how our govt isn't protecting us. As well, they don't always come at you as a Chinese organization, so you have to do some research. Honestly, we should use eminent domain laws to recover land bought by the Chinese govt, without the compensation component.
