I'm trying to imagine how Biden's handlers are going to work this. They can't allow Putin to actually talk to Biden for any length of time. Biden will show himself to be a dribbling idiot. So maybe they are going to have Biden deliver a composed speech, reading it off a teleprompter, which he can still do (sometimes, just barely), and then have aids talk back and forth.
