I don't know. On the one hand, it's bluster. On the other hand ... if you were one of the leaders of China, wouldn't you be terrified that the United States is being run by an unpredictable, senile old pedophile and a bunch of radical fanatics with no ability to think rationally on any issue? It would scare the fuck out of me.
