On Thursday, an Interview that I conducted with Alexander Onischenko was published. Since Mr. Onischenko mentions many names and Details in the Interview, which we could not elaborate on due to time constraints, I will now provide the Details and background to the topic blocks every day.
The video description of the interview lists the topics we discussed. The first three" accompanying articles " to the Interview dealt with the Maidan, the power struggles between Poroshenko and Yatsenyuk immediately afterwards, and Poroshenko's business practices. Today it's about minutes 41 to 53, in which Mr. Onischenko tells how Joe Biden and George Soros earned billions of dollars in undeclared money in Ukraine. There, too, some background knowledge is helpful for a better understanding, which I will provide here.

Naftogas
The key to the "deals" of Biden and Soros in Ukraine is the state gas supplier Naftogaz. For their "business" they needed full control over Naftogaz. For this reason, a law was passed in Ukraine that gives the supervisory boards of state-owned companies full power over state-owned companies and deprives them of the influence of the owner, i.e. the state. Then Biden and Soros put their people on the boards of directors and took control of every state company they wanted to control. At Naftogas, almost only foreigners were on the supervisory board.
The boss of Naftogaz was named after the Maidan Andrej Kobolev, he had been chosen by Biden's Team.
Naftogas plays a central role in Ukraine because Naftogas supplies Gas directly or indirectly to all households and most companies. Whoever controls Naftogas controls the Ukrainian gas market and, by the way, also the production of gas, because Fracking Gas is produced in Ukraine. These are only small deposits in international comparison, but they also bring in billions. Joe Biden and the lapel-Gas
After the Maidan, Poroshenko ensured that Ukraine no longer buys Russian Gas, but European Gas. At least officially.
In fact, Onischenko explains that this was Russian Gas, which is piped from Russia to Europe via Ukraine. A part of the gas was returned shortly before the border with Slovakia, this is called lapel. Through a front company that was under Biden, the gas was turned into "European" Gas on paper, although it has never been in Europe. According to Onischenko, the front company received a commission of 50 to 100 euros per thousand cubic meters of Gas for these papers.
It is easy to look at the Ukrainian gas consumption and calculate. According to Onischenko, Biden earned $ 1.5 billion in this way over the two years from 2014 to 2016. And the business went even further after that.
Poroshenko was not necessarily happy about this, but Kobolev, the head of Naftogaz, was untouchable. And Biden was well informed, his husband was Amos Hochstein, a close advisor to Biden who oversaw these things in Ukraine. In this cut-off phone call between Biden and Poroshenko from 2016, Biden can be heard complaining that Amos had told him that there were attempts in Ukraine to remove Kobolev. Biden says clearly that he does not want this and Poroshenko promises quickly that it will not happen.

In order for all this to work well, the IMF has called for an end to subsidies for gas to end consumers, and Biden says very clearly in this phone call: if the laws on "energy tariffs" are adopted, Ukraine will receive another billion US guarantees. Biden has thus secured its business model of increased gas prices. Of course, the key figure Amos Hochstein is also mentioned here.
George Soros and Ukrainian fracking Gas
The Gas-lapel was Biden's business. Soros was interested in the state gas company Ukrgas, which produces Fracking Gas in Ukraine. This company was to be privatized and for this purpose all old business relations of the company were to be terminated so that Soros could exercise the influence he needed to achieve his goal. Here, too, Kobolev played a key role, for it was he who was to talk to those affected and make them "offers".
Onischenko tells about it from his own experience, because he was one of those affected. For his company, in which he had invested 200 million dollars, he was offered a total of three million dollars by the middlemen of Soros – coupled with the friendly hint that he would have problems with the prosecution if he did not like the offer.
For this purpose, the USA had founded NABU, the Anti-Corruption Office of Ukraine. After that, the prosecutor's Office of Ukraine was no longer responsible for corruption in Ukraine.NABU was responsible for this and this got its instructions from Karen Greenway, the FBI representative in the Kiev US embassy. In this way, Biden and Soros had the power to open criminal proceedings against anyone who resisted.
In the previous part of these articles accompanying the Interview, I reported that a law had been passed for this purpose. That law stated that, even if there were only suspicions of illegal transactions, companies and other property could be seized and then auctioned at a rigged auction. The 1,000-square-meter office of Onischenko in a prime location in Kiev was worth five million dollars, according to his statement. After the confiscation under the law, it was sold at auction for $ 200,000. Prosecutor's office and NABU-who has power in Ukraine?
In 2016, Poroshenko had finally made Yuriy Lutsenko a faithful attorney general, giving him full control over who the prosecutor's office would investigate and whom it would not investigate.
Biden and Soros, however, had control over NABU and a Ukrainian anti – corruption court, which they also founded. This gave them full control over who could and could not be investigated for corruption in Ukraine.
By the way, that was also a threat to Poroshenko: if he were to step out of line, NABU could open a case against him the next day. And on the other hand he was powerless, because in return he could open bad proceedings against Soros or Biden.
In this context, Onischenko speaks in an Interview about the fact that the Americans have created a state within a state in Ukraine, he literally calls it "a country within a country". Onischenko wants to unpack at the FBI
We will come to the Details of how Onishenko and Poroshenko quarrelled tomorrow. But here there is an anticipation. After his escape from Ukraine in 2016, US investigators approached him and he told them what he knew about the machinations of Joe Biden and George Soros in Ukraine. He had all the evidence with him: the phone calls that were cut, and also the bank statements that prove all this.

But after a first meeting in Europe, the US investigators never reported back to Onischenko.
In a phone call between Biden and Poroshenko, which has since been published, one can hear how nervous Poroshenko was about Onischenko's contacts with US investigators. He wanted to know everything about what Onischenko had discussed with the FBI. And when Biden assured him that the FBI would no longer talk to Onischenko, Poroshenko was visibly relieved.
