I've seen articles about this off and on for 10 years maybe? Always vague innuendo, claims, sensationalism, etc. Back in the mid 1990s there was rumblings of it on Usenet too. In my propaganda filled brain of the day, I figured there was probably a grain of truth to it. Today? I'm inclined to believe it is white hatred induced propaganda by the (((usual suspects))). But I really have no clue - and will defer to our resident Balkan expert.
