He hasn't been seen for like 5 years now, if not longer (I don't have a date for this so I can't say) but I do know it's been many years.

I remember seeing the video of him being arrested in the embassy with that huge beard and he was crying and begging for help which was in 2019 but you're right, I'm assuming it's because he's in prison, but who knows these days. Apparently he got married in 2022 as well.
