At least one person was killed and a dozen others were injured when a car plowed into a crowd in a popular shopping district in Berlin on Wednesday morning, police said.

"It is not yet known whether it was an accident or intentional action," the Berlin Police said in a statement via Twitter.

Mass murder by vehicle. They need to enact common sense vehicle laws.

No one really needs anything more than a horse and buggy setup. The Amish manage just fine.

There has been a number of attempts to do just that. Automobile manufacturers are liable for defects in their products, but not for misuse. (Which makes sense.) How many times have you heard of the Feds trying to force the installation of breathalyzer technology into cars? I can remember a few.

The driver is an Armenian guy with a criminal record who is pissed at Turkey (the country). He wanted to kill Turks, saw a school class, which in Berlin is mostly Turkish kids, hit the gas an run them over killing one of the two teachers and injuring the rest along with other passersby. The police found a manifesto inside the car which is probably never going to be released and in which he supposedly rants about Turkey.

In the second video here you can see the citizen arrest of the guy (fat guy in yellow t-shirt):

You can hear him asking for help. The guy filming (Turk or Arab) tells him he's an idiot and almost killed two persons, then he adds "he's a Gypsy or Romanian and he accelerated".

Germany has strict car control laws. Requires licensing, background checks, and a waiting period. You have to be a certain age to use them, too.

Germany obviously needs more car control to prevent things like this from happening.

It's the European version of the American active shooter. It's more common than you think. There are cases of multiple deadly knifing too. Don't let them get your guns.

If he was a muslim, brown or black skinned it wasn't an accident. Germany is supposed to be an all White nation.
