Just a little story about what happens:
We used to rent our phones from the Bell phone company. They owned the phones, the lines, and all connections.
One day they switched their business model to just owning the lines up to the house, and the rest was up to us.
So, we then had to buy our own phones, and learn how to wire up the house to connect them to Bell.
So, we did.
Moral of this story? Any asshole can start a credit card company.
Now that card companies have cancelled business in Russia. Does that mean all the card debt of Russians has been cancelled as well?
I guess so. I don't know.
Nah they probably have some clause in the kike card contracts they signed.
No way...
I think the main thing stopping you would be ability to collect payments on those cards. You need access to the US banks, the ACH system or whatever. I don't honestly know how well-guarded that is. I just assumed they used it to gatekeep.
